Currant Magazine presents a photograph series by Dutch photographer Fauve Bouwman. The series was created for Stieglitz for the Spring Summer 2022 collection Bossa Brasileira, inspired by the interactive play Bumba Meu Boi.

Each drop is based on a character in the play. Let us take you through the lives of Amo the Landlord, Boi the Ox, Ema the Bird, Gigante the Giantess and Cazumba the Witch Doctor.
